Laughingmysocksoff, aside from regular trips to the supermarket to fill up the sock drawer, exercises argyle-patterned brain cells in the pursuit of what makes the world tick. Or sometimes tock. And runs the psychiatric services division of a day care centre for orphaned and abandoned woollen footwear. You can contact me on laughingmysocksoff at googlemail dot com.

Well done, articulate, and in the spirit with which Goldacre’s outrageous assertions deserve to be met!

Thanx for the site. I’ve been watching the Homeopathy wars going on at Wikipedia; keep up the good fight here.
It seems that much of their “data” is from the Lancet piece, Quackwatch, & American Council on Science and Health (a multi-industry front group).
Many also belong to the “Rational Skepticism” SIG at Wikipedia — I guess they are followers of “The Amazing Randi” and the science of magic.
